Returns
We accept returns of missing and damaged products within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@nandawholesalemart.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was defective or damaged. For orders above 4999, the return shipping cost will be decided by the company.

Refunds
